Ingredients for - Applesauce Puffs

1. Baking mix (such as Bisquick®) - 2 cups
2. Applesauce - ½ cup
3. White sugar, divided - ½ cup
4. Milk - ¼ cup
5. Egg - 1 large
6. Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
7. Ground cinnamon, divided - 1 ¼ teaspoons
8. Unsalted butter, melted - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Applesauce Puffs

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 30 mini muffin cups.

2. Stage

Mix baking mix, applesauce, 1/4 cup sugar, milk, egg, oil, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon together in a bowl until just blended.

3. Stage

Spoon batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each 3/4 full.

Bake in the preheated oven until golden, 12 to 15 minutes.

While puffs are baking, place melted butter in a shallow bowl, and combine remaining sugar and cinnamon in a second shallow bowl.

6. Stage

Dip warm puffs in melted butter, then in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
