How to cook deliciously - Chocolate coconut dessert
1. Stage
The cottage cheese and eggs beat with a blender so that there are no grains.
2. Stage
Divide the mass into two parts. In one part add 30 gr. sugar, 15 gr. oat flour and coconut flakes, mix thoroughly.
3. Stage
In the second - cocoa, 15 grams of flour and 40 grams of sugar, mix.
4. Stage
Grease the ramekins (you can use muffin tins) with vegetable oil and sprinkle with semolina. Place the chocolate mixture first and then the coconut mixture on top. Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 25 minutes. Allow to cool.
5. Stage
Soak the gelatin in a little water and let it swell. Heat the milk, but do not bring it to a boil. Add the chocolate, sugar and vanilla and mix thoroughly. Dissolve the gelatin in a water bath and pour into the milk and chocolate mixture, stir and let cool slightly.
6. Stage
Make a "hole" in the middle of the cottage cheese dessert (but not all the way through).
7. Stage
Pour the milk-chocolate mixture into the "hole" and put it in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours. Surprisingly, after cooling, the curd component is practically unnoticeable. Before serving, pour chocolate syrup and sprinkle with coconut shavings.
