1. Stage
In a bowl combine the minced chicken, egg white and cottage cheese.

Add soaked in water and squeezed bread, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Form cutlets with wet hands. Place them on a hot frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry on a low heat under a lid until both sides are ready.
