2. Butter ½ cup
3. Milk ¼ cup
4. Sour cream 2 tablespoons
5. Chopped garlic 2 teaspoons
6. Dried basil 2 teaspoons
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 2 teaspoons

1 . Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and transfer potatoes to a large bowl.
