Ingredients for - Cannellini Bean with Flat Leaf Kale

1. Canned cannellini beans - 1 cup
2. Garlic, crushed - 1 clove
3. Kielbasa sausage, sliced thin - 2 ounces
4. Onion, slivered - ½ small
5. Kale, rinsed and sliced - 3 leaves
6. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon
7. Chopped fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon
8. Grated Parmesan cheese - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Cannellini Bean with Flat Leaf Kale

1. Stage

In a saucepan, place the cannellini beans, garlic, sausage, onion and kale with just enough water to cover. Season with 2 teaspoons of parsley, thyme and salt and pepper if desired. Bring to a boil and cook until vegetables are tender. Serve immediately garnished with Parmesan cheese and remaining fresh parsley.
