1. Ground beef - 1 pound
2. Sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces - 1 (12 ounce)
3. Onion, chopped - 1
4. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
5. All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
6. Chili powder - 2 tablespoons
7. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
8. Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
9. Dried Mexican oregano - ½ teaspoon
10. Crushed tomatoes - 1 (28 ounce) can
11. Tomato sauce - 1 (15 ounce) can
12. Beer (preferably lager) - 1 cup
13. Kidney beans, rinsed and drained - 2 (15 ounce) cans

How to cook deliciously - Quick and Easy Beef Chili

1. Stage

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute ground beef and sirloin steak with onion and garlic in the hot skillet until beef is no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes.

2. Stage

Sprinkle flour, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and oregano over meat mixture and cook for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beer; bring to a fast simmer.

3. Stage

Reduce heat to low and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Add kidney beans and continue to simmer until beans are heated through, 5 to 7 minutes.
