1. Cucumber, with peel, raw - 5 small
2. Black beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
3. Black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
4. Corn, rinsed and drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
5. Diced tomatoes with green chile peppers - 1 (10 ounce) can
6. Italian-style salad dressing - 1 ½ cups
7. Tomato, seeded and diced - 1 large
8. Red onion, diced - 1 large
9. Bell peppers, mini sweet peppers - 5
10. Green onions, chopped - 5 medium
11. Chopped cilantro, or to taste - ¼ cup
12. Garlic powder, or to taste - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Cowgirl Salsa

1. Stage

Combine cucumbers, black beans, black-eyed peas, corn, diced tomatoes, dressing, tomato, red onion, sweet peppers, green onions, cilantro, and garlic powder in a large bowl; mix well.
