Ingredients for - Clamato® Cooked Salmon

1. Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
2. Red onion, diced - 1 medium
3. Garlic, sliced - 2 cloves
4. Fresh jalapeno chile, seeded and minced - 1
5. Cilantro, chopped fine - ½ bunch
6. Basil, chopped fine - ½ bunch
7. Limes, juiced - 2
8. Clamato® Tomato Cocktail - 1 ½ cups
9. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 ½ cups
10. Salmon fillets - 4

How to cook deliciously - Clamato® Cooked Salmon

1. Stage

In a large skillet, over medium-high heat; heat olive oil, add onions, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro; basil cook 3-5 minutes. Add limes juice, Clamato®; bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer slowly.

2. Stage

Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, place in Clamato® broth; cook fillets 9-12 minutes. Serve with white rice and vegetables.
