1. Unsalted butter 1 tablespoon
2. Onion, chopped 1 small
3. Celery, chopped 2 ribs
4. Baby carrots, chopped 4 ounces
5. Minced garlic 2 teaspoons
6. Red potatoes, chopped 1 pound
7. Vegetable broth 3 cups
8. Beer 1 (12 ounce) can
9. Coarse-grain mustard 2 tablespoons
10. Shredded cabbage 2 cups
11. Chopped cooked corned beef 2 cups
12. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Saint Patrick's Soup

1 . Stage

Melt butter in a large soup pot over medium-high heat. Add onions and cook for 3 minutes. Add celery, carrots, and garlic, and cook for 5 minutes more.

2 . Stage

Stir in potatoes, broth, beer, and mustard, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

3 . Stage

Stir in cabbage and cook for 5 minutes. Turn heat off and stir in corned beef. Ladle into bowls and season with salt and pepper.
