2. Zucchini, quartered lengthwise, seeds scooped out 1 extra large
3. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 extra large
4. Ground beef 2 pounds
5. Onion, chopped 1
6. Garlic, minced 5 cloves
7. Dried basil 3 tablespoons
8. Dried oregano 3 tablespoons
9. Garlic salt 4 teaspoons
10. Tomato paste 1 (6 ounce) can
11. Water 1 cup
12. Chopped fresh basil, or to taste ¼ cup
13. Shredded mozzarella cheese, or to taste 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Italian-Style Zucchini Boats

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Drizzle olive oil on zucchini and season with salt and pepper. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
