Ingredients for - Cheesy Beer and Spinach Dip

1. Beer ⅔ cup
2. Shredded Monterey Jack cheese 3 cups
3. All-purpose flour 2 tablespoons
4. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained ½ cup
5. Chopped fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon
6. Salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Cheesy Beer and Spinach Dip

1 . Stage

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring beer to a boil. Lower heat. Slowly stir in Monterey Jack cheese and flour. Cook and stir until cheese is melted but not bubbly.

2 . Stage

Mix spinach, cilantro, salt and pepper into the beer mixture. Serve warm.
