1. All-purpose flour 1 cup
2. Confectioners' sugar ¼ cup
3. Butter ¼ cup
4. White sugar 1 cup
5. All-purpose flour 2 tablespoons
6. Baking powder ½ teaspoon
7. Eggs 2 large
8. Lemon juice 3 tablespoons
9. Lemon zest 1 tablespoon
10. Confectioners' sugar for decoration ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Lemon Bars

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Mix 1 cup flour and 1/4 cup confectioners sugar in a medium bowl. Melt butter and stir into flour mixture. Press evenly into an 8x8-inch baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

While crust bakes, make topping: Mix 1 cup white sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, and baking powder in a large bowl. Beat eggs and add to mixture, stirring well. Add lemon juice and zest; mix well. Pour over crust.
