Ingredients for - Paneer Tikka Sandwich

1. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Finely chopped onions - 1 cup
3. Red chile powder - 2 teaspoons
4. Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
5. Ground turmeric (haldi) - 1 teaspoon
6. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
7. Salt to taste - 1 teaspoon
8. Cubed paneer - 2 cups
9. Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon
10. Butter, divided, or more to taste - 2 teaspoons
11. Bread - 2 slices

How to cook deliciously - Paneer Tikka Sandwich

1. Stage

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in chile powder, garam masala, turmeric, sugar, and salt. Add paneer and tomato sauce; cook and stir until flavors combine, 3 to 5 minutes.

Spread 1 teaspoon butter and 2 tablespoons of the paneer filling over 1 slice of bread. Place second slice of bread on top.

3. Stage

Melt remaining 1 teaspoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sandwich; cook until golden brown, about 1 minute per side.
