1. Fresh pineapple - peeled, cored, and sliced into 1/2-inch pieces - ½
2. Cooking spray - ½
3. Red bell pepper, finely chopped - 1
4. Sweet onion, chopped - 1 small
5. Chopped fresh cilantro - ¼ cup
6. Jalapeno pepper, finely chopped - 1 small
7. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
8. Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
9. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
10. Salt - ½ teaspoon
11. Ground black pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Pineapple Salsa

1. Stage

Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Spray pineapple pieces with cooking spray.

Cook pineapple on the grill until lightly browned and caramelized, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove pineapple from grill and cool; chop.
