Ingredients for - Bread Pudding III

1. White bread, cut into cubes - 10 slices
2. Butter, melted - ¼ cup
3. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
4. Raisins - ½ cup
5. Eggs, beaten - 6
6. White sugar - ¾ cup
7. Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
8. Salt - ½ teaspoon
9. Hot milk (160 degrees F/71 degrees C) - 3 cups
10. Ground nutmeg - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Bread Pudding III

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly butter one 2 quart baking dish.

2. Stage

Combine bread cubes, butter, cinnamon and raisins; mix well and place in baking dish.

3. Stage

Beat together the eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt. Add milk, mix well and pour over bread cubes.

4. Stage

Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake for 25 minutes.
