2. Packed brown sugar - ½ cup
3. White sugar - ¼ cup
4. Egg - 1
5. Almond flavoring - 1 teaspoon
6. All-purpose flour - 1 ¾ cups
7. Baking powder - ½ teaspoon
8. Baking soda - ½ teaspoon
9. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
10. Pineapple tidbits, drained - 1 (8 ounce) can
11. Coconut flakes - 1 tablespoon

1. Stage

Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Beat the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth.
