1. Albacore tuna in water, drained and flaked - 1 (12 ounce) can
2. Garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed - 1 (15 ounce) can
3. Halved black olives - ½ cup
4. English (seedless) cucumber, coarsely chopped - ½
5. Red bell pepper, coarsely chopped - 1 small
6. Green onions, chopped - 1 bunch
7. Fresh parsley, chopped - 1 bunch
8. Balsamic Vinegar - ½ cup
9. Extra-virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
10. Garlic - 1 clove
11. Dried oregano - 1 ½ teaspoons
12. Coarsely ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
13. Fresh baby spinach - 1 (10 ounce) bag

How to cook deliciously - Balsamic Tuna Salad

1. Stage

Combine flaked albacore tuna, garbanzo beans, black olives, English cucumber, red bell pepper, green onions, and parsley in a bowl.

2. Stage

Blend balsamic vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, dried oregano, and ground black pepper in a separate bowl using an immersion blender until garlic is pureed. Stir dressing into tuna and combine well. Serve over baby spinach.
