After the specified time, drain the brine. Prepare the second marinade. All ingredients must be mixed.

Pour the quails with the second marinade. Stir, rubbing the marinade into the quail. Cover with lid, put in the fridge for 3 hours to 24 hours. Since the marinade will drip, it will be necessary to turn the quails from time to time.

Take out the marinaded quails twice, transfer them to a roasting container, put them there, pouring marinade on top. Cover with a lid. Put into the oven at 180 g for 1 hour.

After an hour, open the lid, increase the temperature to 220 and leave for 5-7 minutes until browned.
