2. Boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized cubes 3 (5 ounce)
3. Onion, chopped 1 large
4. All-purpose flour ¼ cup

6. Skin-on cubed potatoes 3 cups
7. Diced carrot 1 cup
8. Chicken soup base 1 tablespoon
9. Herbes de Provence 1 tablespoon
10. Diced green bell pepper ½ cup

1 . Stage

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Add chicken and onion; cook and stir until browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Add flour; cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
