1. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Minced fresh ginger root - 2 tablespoons
3. Limes, juiced - 2
4. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
5. Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
6. White sugar - ½ teaspoon
7. Crushed red pepper flakes - ½ teaspoon
8. Large cooked shrimp, peeled, tails on - 2 pounds
9. Chopped fresh cilantro - ½ cup

1. Stage

In a large bowl combine oil, ginger, lime juice, garlic, soy sauce, sugar and red pepper; mix well. Stir in shrimp and cilantro. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 4 hours before serving. Stir occasionally while chilling.
