1. Tiger prawns with shell 20 large
2. Light soy sauce 2 tablespoons
3. Garlic, minced 5 cloves
4. Brandy 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Steamed Garlic Prawns, Chinese Style

1 . Stage

Wash prawns thoroughly and leave shells and heads on. Mix soy sauce, garlic, and brandy in a bowl. Arrange prawns on a dish, and cover with soy sauce mixture.

2 . Stage

Fill a pot or wok about 1/2 full with water. Place a steamer basket over the water and bring to a boil. Place the dish with prawns onto the steamer basket. Cover wok, and steam prawns for 10 minutes, until opaque. Serve hot.
