How to cook deliciously - Pecan paste pie

Make the dough any way you like. I, as always, in the XYP. You can use any kind of yeast dough. But if you use this recipe, don't forget to put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours after kneading.

While the dough is resting, let's make the filling. Grind the nuts together with the sugar, vanilla sugar and cocoa in a food processor or blender.

Divide the dough into two parts. One of them is very small. This is the kind of strip we need. About 45-50 centimeters long and 5-6 cm wide. Grease the strip liberally with paste. Roll it up into a roll.

Roll out most of the dough into a circle. And cut into segments.

On the edge of each segment lay out the paste.
