1 . Stage
Wash the plums, put them in a saucepan, add water and cook periodically stirring for about 15 minutes. Add mint and coriander at the end.

Grind cilantro, pepper and garlic in a blender.

Mash the turn through satedly. Then add the garlic pepper, salt and sugar to taste. Boil over low heat to the desired density.

Add cilantro almost to the finished sauce.

Put the finished sauce in sterile jars and roll up.
