1. 2 tbsp. olive oil -
2. 1 medium red onion -
3. 1 clove garlic -
4. 4 c. red cabbage -
5. 1 tsp. Sea salt -
6. Juice of 1 lemon -
7. Ground black pepper -
8. 2 tbsp. Chopped fresh mint -
9. 2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill -
10. 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley -
11. 1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese -

How to cook deliciously - Red Cabbage with Feta and Mint

1. Stage

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook, stirring often, until softened, about 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute more. Add cabbage and 1 tsp. salt and cook, stirring, until cabbage is wilted and just starting to soften, about 2 minutes longer.

2. Stage

Remove skillet from heat, stir in lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in chopped mint, dill, and parsley and transfer to a serving bowl.
