10. Ground cumin - 2 tablespoons
11. Chili powder - 2 teaspoons
12. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
13. Rotisserie chicken, torn into bite-sized pieces - 1 whole
14. Lime, sliced into wedges - 1
15. Crushed corn chips - 3 cups
16. Sour cream - 1 (8 ounce) container
17. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 (8 ounce) package
18. Avocado - peeled, seeded, and sliced - 1
19. Cilantro, diced - 3 sprigs

How to cook deliciously - The World's Best Tortilla Soup

1. Stage

Heat oil in a large stockpot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until brown and tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in 2 cans of chicken broth and canned tomatoes. Add fresh tomatoes.

Mix Anaheim chile peppers, jalapeño pepper, cumin, chili powder, and black pepper into the pot. Stir in chicken. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium and simmer soup until flavors combine, about 20 minutes.
