1. Onions, roughly chopped - 2
2. Garlic, roughly chopped - 5 cloves
3. Water - ¼ cup
4. Distilled white vinegar - 1 tablespoon
5. Pork neck bones - 4 pounds
6. Salt - 1 ½ teaspoons
7. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Stage

Sprinkle 3/4 of the chopped onions and 3/4 of the chopped garlic into the bottom of a roasting pan; pour in water and vinegar. Season neck bones with salt and pepper and place in the roasting pan.
