1. Apple cider vinegar - 3 tablespoons
2. Canola oil - 3 tablespoons
3. White sugar - 3 tablespoons
4. Dry mustard - ¼ teaspoon
5. Poppy seeds - ¼ teaspoon
6. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
7. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
8. Hot pepper sauce (Optional) - ¼ teaspoon
9. Shredded green cabbage - 4 cups
10. Carrots, shredded - 2 medium

1. Stage

Whisk vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard, poppy seeds, pepper, salt, and hot sauce together in a bowl until sugar has dissolved.
