Ingredients for - Baked Pineapple

1. Crushed pineapple, drained - 1 (20 ounce) can
2. White sugar - 1 cup
3. Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
4. Cold water - ¼ cup
5. Eggs - 2
6. Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
7. Butter - 1 tablespoon
8. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Baked Pineapple

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.

2. Stage

In a mixing bowl, mix together the pineapple, sugar, cornstarch, water, eggs and vanilla. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Dot the mixture with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 1 hour.
