Ingredients for - Cabbage and Noodles with Ham

1. Butter - ⅓ cup
2. Garlic, chopped - 1 clove
3. Onion, chopped - 1 small
4. Cabbage, cored and coarsely chopped - 1 (2 pound)
5. Potato gnocchi - 1 (16 ounce) package
6. Cubed fully cooked ham - 2 cups
7. Salt and black pepper to taste - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Cabbage and Noodles with Ham

1. Stage

Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in garlic and onion; cook and stir until onion has softened and turned translucent, about 5 minutes. Add cabbage; cook and stir until cabbage has softened, about 20 minutes.

2. Stage

While cabbage is cooking, fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once water is boiling, stir in gnocchi and return to a boil. Cook until gnocchi float to the top, about 3 minutes; drain.

3. Stage

Stir cooked gnocchi and ham into cabbage and heat through. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
