1. Quick cooking oats - ½ cup
2. Honey-sweetened granola - ½ cup
3. All-purpose flour - 3 tablespoons
4. Packed brown sugar - ½ cup
5. Butter - ¼ cup
6. Fresh peaches - peeled, pitted, and sliced - 5 cups
7. All-purpose flour - 1 tablespoon
8. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
10. Ground allspice (Optional) - ¼ teaspoon
11. Chopped pecans (Optional) - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Peach Crisp III

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, combine the oats, granola, 3 tablespoons flour, and brown sugar. Cut in the 1/4 cup butter until crumbly.

Place peach slices in an 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon flour. Scatter the oat mixture over the peaches. Sprinkle top with cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and pecans.
