Ingredients for - Black Bean Salad

1. Black beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
2. Whole kernel corn, drained - 2 (15 ounce) cans
3. Green onions, chopped - 8
4. Jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced - 2
5. Green bell pepper, chopped - 1
6. Avocado - peeled, pitted, and diced - 1
7. Pimentos - 1 (4 ounce) jar
8. Tomatoes, seeded and chopped - 3
9. Chopped fresh cilantro - 1 cup
10. Lime, juiced - 1
11. Italian salad dressing - ½ cup
12. Garlic salt - ½ teaspoon

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the black beans, corn, green onions, jalapeno peppers, bell pepper, avocado, pimentos, tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, and Italian dressing. Season with garlic salt. Toss, and chill until serving.
