3. Fresh spinach, chopped ½ (6 ounce) package
4. All-purpose flour 2 tablespoons
5. Garlic salt ¾ teaspoon
6. Thyme leaves ¼ teaspoon
7. Red pepper flakes ¼ teaspoon
8. Cooking spray ¼ teaspoon
9. Grated Parmesan-style vegan cheese (such as Follow Your Heart®) 1 cup

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
