1. Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped - 1 (8 ounce) can
2. Cream cheese-style spread (such as Kite Hill™), room temperature - 1 (8 ounce) container
3. Fresh spinach, chopped - ½ (6 ounce) package
4. All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
5. Garlic salt - ¾ teaspoon
6. Thyme leaves - ¼ teaspoon
7. Red pepper flakes - ¼ teaspoon
8. Cooking spray - ¼ teaspoon
9. Grated Parmesan-style vegan cheese (such as Follow Your Heart®) - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Vegan Spinach Artichoke Dip

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Mix artichoke hearts, cream cheese spread, spinach, flour, garlic salt, thyme, and red pepper flakes together in a large bowl.
