1. 2 large eggs -
2. 2 tbsp. whole milk -
3. 1 c. Italian bread crumbs -
4. 1/4 c. grated Parmesan, plus more for serving -
5. 1/4 tsp. kosher salt -
6. Freshly ground black pepper -
7. 1 (20-oz.) package refrigerated ravioli -
8. Cooking spray -
9. Pesto or marinara, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Air Fryer Ravioli

1. Stage

In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs and milk. In another shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan; season with salt and a few grinds of pepper.

2. Stage

Working one at a time, dip ravioli into egg mixture, then into bread crumb mixture, pressing to adhere. Dip back into egg mixture. Place on a plate.

3. Stage

Lightly coat an air-fryer basket with cooking spray. Working in batches, arrange ravioli in basket, spacing about 1/4" apart; spray with cooking spray. Cook at 400°, flipping halfway through and spraying with cooking spray, until golden and cooked through, about 7 minutes.

4. Stage

Arrange ravioli on a platter. Top with more Parmesan. Serve warm with pesto alongside for dipping.
