1. Ground turkey - 1 pound
2. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
3. Frozen corn - 1 cup
4. Celery, chopped - 2 stalks
5. Onion, chopped - 1 small
6. Garlic, chopped - 3 cloves
7. Stewed tomatoes - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
8. Salsa - 1 cup
9. Chicken broth - 1 cup
10. Chili powder - 2 tablespoons
11. Chopped fresh cilantro - 1 tablespoon
12. Cayenne pepper (Optional) - 1 teaspoon
13. Creole seasoning (such as Tony Chachere's®) - 1 teaspoon
14. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon
15. Dried oregano - ½ teaspoon
16. Black beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (15.5 ounce) can
17. Great northern beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (15.5 ounce) can
18. Shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Skinny Cowboy Turkey Chili

1. Stage

Cook and stir turkey in a skillet until browned and crumbly, about 5 minutes. Drain excess grease.

2. Stage

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Saute corn, celery, onion, and garlic in the hot oil until tender, about 5 minutes. Add ground turkey. Stir in tomatoes, salsa, chicken broth, chili powder, cilantro, cayenne, Creole seasoning, cumin, and oregano. Simmer over medium-low heat until flavors combine, about 30 minutes.

3. Stage

Add beans to the pot and simmer for 15 minutes. Add Cheddar cheese and stir until completely melted.
