8. Jalapeno chile pepper, seeded and finely chopped (Optional) - 1
9. Cilantro leaves, finely chopped - 1 bunch
10. Rice vinegar - ½ cup
11. Olive oil - ½ cup
12. White sugar - ⅓ cup
13. Garlic powder - ½ teaspoon
