3. Garlic, minced - 2 large cloves
4. Long-grain rice - 1 cup
5. Low-sodium chicken stock - 1 ½ cups
6. Tomato sauce - ½ cup
7. Salt - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground cumin - ¼ teaspoon
9. Cayenne pepper - 1 pinch
