How to cook deliciously - Cheese and mussels tartlets
1. Stage
This number of ingredients will make six tartlets. Melt the melted butter, egg yolk, water, sugar and salt into a smooth mixture. Add the flour and knead into an elastic dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
2. Stage
Rinse the mussels (without defrosting) with running water. In a pot boil water, with a little salt, add mussels and cook for 5-7 minutes. Then put them in a colander.
3. Stage
Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
4. Stage
In a deep bowl, put the cheese, add finely chopped dill, a crushed clove of garlic, a little ground pepper and salt to taste.
5. Stage
In the same way, add the mussels, cut into 4 pieces (leave 6 pieces for decoration), cucumber, chopped into small cubes. Fill with sour cream (or mayonnaise). The filling should be thick.
6. Stage
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and place in the tartlet molds. Press the dough down firmly so that it covers the bottom and sides well. Fill the tartlets with beans to keep their shape during baking. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until golden. My electric oven took 25 minutes.
7. Stage
Remove the finished tartlets from the molds, remove the beans and leave to cool.
