6. Salt ½ teaspoon
7. Ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon
8. Chopped onion ½ cup
9. Crumbled blue cheese ¾ cup
10. Chopped fresh chives 2 tablespoons

1 . Stage

Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with lightly salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, 10 to 15 minutes; drain.
