2. Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
3. Extra-virgin olive oil - ¼ cup
4. Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
5. Chopped fresh basil - 2 tablespoons
6. Salt - ½ teaspoon
7. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
8. Chopped onion - ½ cup
9. Crumbled blue cheese - ¾ cup
10. Chopped fresh chives - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Picnic Potato Salad with No Mayonnaise

1. Stage

Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with lightly salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, 10 to 15 minutes; drain.
