How to cook deliciously - Strawberry Madeleines
1. Stage
Melt and cool the butter. Puree: beat the strawberries and sugar with a blender.
2. Stage
Mix the eggs (room temperature), sugar and salt with a hand mixer until the mixture is frothy.
3. Stage
Add the flour, strawberry puree, cooled butter, vanilla extract and lemon zest. Mix thoroughly. Place the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

To be sure, I lightly oil the molds, so that the surface of the Madeleines is flat and they are removed from the mold without any problems. Put out the dough, filling 2/3 of the volume (or cover the bottom of the dough, put cubes of fresh strawberries and cover again with the dough.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes (once edges are browned, check with a splinter). Let cool.
6. Stage
You can sprinkle the cooled "Madeleines" just with powdered sugar, or you can make strawberry glaze (mix strawberry puree with powdered sugar) and cover some of the cookies with it
