3. Diced tomatoes, undrained - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
4. Zucchini, sliced - 2 medium
5. Salt - 1 tablespoon
6. Italian seasoning - 1 ½ teaspoons
7. Sugar - 1 teaspoon

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in onion and cook until tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Mix in tomatoes and zucchini; season with salt and Italian seasoning. Cook and stir until zucchini is tender, 7 to 10 minutes. Mix in sugar and adjust seasonings to taste.
