5. Garlic, chopped - 1 tablespoon
6. Sherry - 1 teaspoon
7. White wine vinegar - 1 teaspoon
8. Molasses - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
10. Ground allspice - ¼ teaspoon
11. Red pepper flakes - ½ teaspoon
12. Salt - ½ teaspoon
13. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
14. Pita bread rounds - 4
15. Feta cheese, crumbled - 4 ounces

Preheat grill for medium heat.
