How to cook deliciously - Aligo

Peel and boil the potatoes.

Slice all the cheese.

Heat the cream with a piece of butter.

Grind the potatoes, add crushed garlic, salt, and a mixture of peppers to taste. I added some dried provincial herbs as well.

We heat the mashed potatoes in a water bath. I made this construction - I put a colander on a pot with water in which the potatoes were boiling, and a bowl with mashed potatoes in it. The water gradually boils, we cook, saves time! In small portions we put the cheese in the mashed potatoes. With a wooden spatula we stir the puree clockwise, one way only.
6. Stage
The cheese gradually melts to form a homogeneous thick and very viscous mass with the mashed potatoes. Delicious result!
7. Stage
Aligo is served immediately. We eat it hot.

Modern foodies are very approving of such an accompaniment - a good piece of fried meat and a glass of red wine:)
