1. Garlic 1 head

3. Dark brown sugar 1 ⅓ cups
4. Pineapple juice 1 cup
5. Water ⅔ cup
6. Teriyaki sauce ¼ cup
7. Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
8. Lemon juice 3 tablespoons
9. Minced white onion 3 tablespoons
10. Bourbon whiskey 1 tablespoon
11. Crushed pineapple 1 tablespoon

Stir brown sugar, pineapple juice, water, teriyaki sauce, and soy sauce together in a saucepan and bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and keep at a simmer. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios

Measure 2 teaspoons roasted garlic into the saucepan and whisk until incorporated. Reserve remaining roasted garlic for another use.
