5. Chopped fresh chives - 2 teaspoons
6. Capers, drained - 2 teaspoons
7. Hot prepared horseradish, or more to taste - 1 teaspoon
8. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon
9. Cayenne pepper - 1 pinch

Place crumbled trout and softened cream cheese in a bowl. Add lemon juice, dill, chives, capers, horseradish, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
