2. Chopped green onions - ½ cup
3. Fresh jalapeno pepper, finely diced - 1
4. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
5. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon
6. Cayenne pepper - 1 pinch
7. Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
8. Vegetable stock - 2 cups
9. Asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1/4-inch pieces - 1 bunch
10. Shelled fresh or thawed frozen peas - 1 cup
11. Chopped fresh mint - 2 tablespoons
12. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons

1. Stage
