1. Orange, peeled, sectioned, and cut into bite-size - 1 medium
2. Canned pineapple chunks, undrained - ½ cup
3. Diced fresh mango - ¼ cup
4. Jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced - 2 medium
5. Orange juice - 3 tablespoons
6. Diced red bell pepper - 1 tablespoon
7. White sugar - 2 teaspoons
8. Chopped fresh cilantro - 1 tablespoon
9. Fresh orange juice - ½ cup
10. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
11. Pineapple juice concentrate, thawed - 1 tablespoon
12. Cayenne pepper - ¼ teaspoon
13. Swordfish steaks - 1 ½ pounds

How to cook deliciously - Citrus Swordfish with Citrus Salsa

1. Stage

Make the salsa: Mix orange, pineapple, mango, jalapeños, orange juice, bell pepper, sugar, and cilantro together in a medium bowl until well combined. Cover and refrigerate until needed.

Marinate the swordfish: Whisk orange juice, oil, pineapple juice concentrate, and cayenne together in a large glass or ceramic bowl. Add swordfish and turn to evenly coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
