2. Firm tofu, cubed - ½ (12 ounce) package
3. Carrots, peeled and diced - 2
4. Celery, diced - 2 stalks
5. Onion, minced - ¼
6. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2 cloves
8. Cooked white rice - 3 cups
9. Eggs, beaten - 4 large
10. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed - 1 (8 ounce) package
11. Sriracha hot sauce, or to taste - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Protein-Packed Vegetarian Fried Rice

1. Stage

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add tofu, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic; cook and stir until vegetables are just soft; 5 to 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
