Ingredients for - Sausage Spinach Alfredo Lasagna

1. Spicy pork sausage - 1 pound
2. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 1 (10 ounce) package
3. Alfredo sauce - 1 (16 ounce) jar
4. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
5. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 cups
6. Ricotta cheese - 1 (15 ounce) container
7. Grated Parmesan cheese - ½ cup
8. Egg, lightly beaten - 1
9. No-boil lasagna noodles - ¾ (16 ounce) package
10. Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Sausage Spinach Alfredo Lasagna

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until evenly brown. Drain, and mix in the spinach and Alfredo sauce. Season with pepper. Continue cooking until spinach and sauce are heated through.

In a bowl, mix the Cheddar cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and egg.

4. Stage

In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer 1/3 of the sausage mixture, 1/3 of the noodles, and 1/3 of the cheese mixture. Repeat layers twice, and top with mozzarella cheese.

5. Stage

Cover, and bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
