Ingredients for - Meatless Burgers

1. Yellow onion, roughly chopped ½ medium
2. Garlic, chopped, or more to taste 3 cloves
3. Black beans, rinsed and drained, divided 2 (15 ounce) cans
4. Egg 1 large
5. Chopped fresh cilantro 2 tablespoons
6. Chopped fresh parsley 2 teaspoons
7. Red pepper flakes 2 teaspoons
8. Chili powder 2 teaspoons
9. Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons
10. Hot sauce, or more to taste 1 teaspoon
11. Bread crumbs, or more as needed ½ cup
12. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste ½ cup
13. Olive oil, or as needed 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Meatless Burgers

1 . Stage

Pulse onion and garlic in a food processor until finely chopped. Add 1 can black beans, egg, cilantro, parsley, red pepper flakes, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce; pulse to combine.

2 . Stage

Transfer mixture to a large mixing bowl. Add remaining black beans and bread crumbs. Season with salt and pepper and mix until well combined, adding up to 2 tablespoons bread crumbs if mixture seems too wet.

3 . Stage

Divide mixture into 6 portions and form into patties.

4 . Stage

Heat oil in a large grill pan over medium-low heat. Place patties on the hot pan and cook until heated through, about 6 minutes a side.
