1. Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
2. Garlic, chopped - 3 cloves
3. Onions, chopped - 2
4. Chopped celery - 2 cups
5. Carrots, sliced - 5
6. Tomato sauce - 4 cups
7. Chicken broth - 2 cups
8. Water - 2 cups
9. Red wine (Optional) - ½ cup
10. Zucchinis, quartered and sliced - 3
11. Baby spinach, rinsed - 2 cups
12. Green beans - 1 (15 ounce) can
13. Canned kidney beans, drained - 1 cup
14. Chopped fresh basil - 2 tablespoons
15. Chopped fresh oregano - 1 tablespoon
16. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon
17. Seashell pasta - ½ cup
18. Grated Parmesan cheese for topping - 2 tablespoons
19. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Jamie's Minestrone Soup

1. Stage

Heat olive oil in a large stockpot over medium-low heat. Sauté garlic in hot oil until fragrant, 2 to 3 minutes. Add onion; cook and stir until translucent, 4 to 5 minutes. Add celery and carrots; sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.

Pour in tomato sauce, broth, and water; bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Add red wine; reduce heat to low. Stir in zucchinis, spinach, green beans, kidney beans, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer until soup is heated through, 30 to 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, fill a medium saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Cook seashell pasta in boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, 7 to 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.

4. Stage

Place 2 tablespoons cooked pasta into individual serving bowls. Ladle soup over pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Spray with olive oil to serve. Five Dogs Ranch
